The location is wonderful, 1 km from Viewpoint. 23 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to take the cable car.

When I am in Dubrovnik, I like staying here. The property is spotless; a nice size and huge rooms; very big bed. The service is superb, includes free parking. Moreover it has free wifi to surf the net etc.

Location: the hotel was short walk to activities to do, the beach And old town Dubrovnik and the center.

We had a great experience at this accommodation. The location was very convenient, with a supermarket, city centre, and the Old Town all within close proximity. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture and modern fixtures in the bathroom. The service provided by the owners was exceptional, as they were welcoming and friendly. the shared balcony offered an amazing view of the city and shoreline, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One minor issue was the lack of a soap holder in the shower, which made it slightly inconvenient to place toiletries while showering.

The room itself was cozy and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The shared kitchen was a convenient feature, allowing me to prepare meals and enjoy them on the balcony. The owner was extremely friendly and even provided delicious sweets, a sign of excellent management. The location was great, within walking distance to the old town, and the option of taking an Uber back was convenient and affordable. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and enjoyed it overall. The view from the balcony was amazing and we loved sitting out there. The location was great, close to the Old Town which was beautifully lit up for the festive period. The room was cozy and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and homemade liquor.

The communication with the host was a bit of an issue, as we had some difficulty getting responses to our initial requests. , it was shared accommodation and at times we felt lack of privacy.
